My Workouts

Along with Bobs Boot Camp, Just Dance 2, and some yoga, I have also been doing these interval workouts. I love them! They are quick but full blood pumping workouts. On the last one I don't do a set number of reps but 45secs on, 15s rest. And it can all be done at home!
